Investment criteria's

• The company should have passed seed financing and be commercial proven i.e. "have been established and at least well received by one or a few pioneer customers".
• The company should be in an industry that has the potential for exponential growth. Reforce do not engage themselves in companies which need small fixes to become "nice" business-as-usual companies.
• Reforce Capital should have a significant saying in the company’s near future mainly regarding how to-go-market, packaging the offering and the general structure.
• There should be a mutual general, social and business common understanding between Reforce Capital and the company. In plain English: "we should like one another".
• The company should have an international perspective on sales and marketing.

How to apply

• Send us a maximum two pages management brief of your company and its achievements so far. ()
• We will contact you at the most in two weeks time.
• If we find your company interesting, we will meet you in your office.
• If you pass RFI's business grinding process with good result the company will be subject for capitalization and presented to possible engagement of reinforcement of competencies by Reforce Capital members to boost the impact of capitalization.

The ongoing Process

• You will be subject to at least a 9-12 months engagement by Reforce International and potential Reforce Capital member with certain skills fitting your business challenges. The latter could be e.g. operational skills, attending a task force or be involved in board or advisory board activities.
• If everything works out as planned the day-to-day involvement from us will be less. Our principle is "if it is not broken, don't try to fix it".

Exit

• Our intention is to stay with our investments for 2 to 4 years.
• Reforce Capitals involvement will be terminated in one or a combination of the following ways:
  - Trade sale to industrial player.
  - Diluted engagement thru trade sale to an associated Venture Capital firm whom will take your   company to an e.g. international expansion.
  - Public listing together with an associated partner.
